ORDER


Based on Motion of defendant, Fred J. Edwards, knowingly and voluntarily waiving all rights he may have to remain in federal custody of the United States Marshall during the pendeney of the above-numbered case as set forth in this Interstate Agreement on Detainers, 18 U.S.C. App. 2,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States Marshall return the defendant, Fred J. Edwards, to the custody of the State of Utah at Utah State Prison, Draper Facility.

Based on the signed waiver of Mr. Edwards, The Motion is Granted.
