ORDERED AFTER HEARING:
Court signed an order allowing a witness to bring a camera into the courtroom.
Government shall keep the DEA documents turned over by Mr. Mudge, pursuant to a strong protective order. Government gave the Court the under seal 1995 2005 Audits.
Defendants' called witness James Norris. Defendants' exhibits D1-D6 and D8-D11 are admitted. Government's exhibits #33, 34, 35 and 37 are admitted. Government intends to substitute the direct testimony of Mr. Mudge with a declaration in order to move exhibit #36 into evidence.
A date for further hearing on the Daubert Motion re Drug ID (day 5) needs to be scheduled.
