DEFAULT JUDGMENT


Pending before the Court is the United States' Motion for Default Judgment against defendant Joseph Dedina IL After careful consideration of the motion, the Court finds that the defendant was duly served with process and that the United States has presented sufficient evidence supporting its motion to warrant entry of judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that JUDGMENT is entered in favor of the United States against defendant Joseph Dedina U in the amount of $413,825.40, plus interest as provided by law after December 21, 2001.
