FINAL ORDER IN GARNISHMENT


A Writ of Garnishment, directed to Garnishee, was duly issued on March 18, 2003 and served upon the Garnishee on or about March 21, 2003. Pursuant to the Writ of Garnishment, the Garnishee filed an Answer on March 28, 2003, stating that at the time of the service of the Writ the garnishee had in its possession or under its control personal property belonging to and due Tracy Curran (hereafter "Curran")

On March 21, 2003, Curran was notified of her right to a hearing and has not requested a hearing to determine exempt property.

IT IS ORDERED that all payments received by the United States from the Garnishee for the amounts withheld from Curran's wages be applied to Curran's indebtedness to the United States of America.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Garnishee continue to pay the United States 25% of Curran's net wage each pay period until the debt to the United States is paid in full or until the garnishee no longer has custody, possession or control of any property belonging to Curran or until further Order of this court.
