    It's common knowledge that ziploc bags are used to package distributable quantities of crack cocaine as well as other controlled substances. . . .United States v. Cook, No. 01-CV-80260-DT, 2005 WL 3447866, at *1 (E.D.Mich. Dec. 15, 2005). In light of this finding, the district court applied the Guidelines section 2K2. 1(c)(1)(a) cross reference, which ultimately required the district court to apply section 2D1.1, the drug guideline.
