ORDER


Defendant's motion to dismiss aspects of the indictment and for other relief is granted to the extent that the government shall disclose any Giglio material, give notice of any Rule 404(b) evidence it proposes to offer at trial, and make Rule 16 disclosure with respect to any expert witnesses it proposes to call at trial no later than two weeks before the commencement of the trial and denied in all other respects.

SO ORDERED.
