ORDER

Upon motion of the defendant, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting defendant's Motion to Continue Trial pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(8)(A) and (1)(F). This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice sewed by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the March 19, 2002, trial date and rescheduling trial for June 18, 2002.
