ORDER


Upon motion of the United States of America, and gooch

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant, ELVIRA CHARLEY, shall provide blood samples to a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The blood samples should be drawn by or in the presence of said officer at her current place of custody.

Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion or an order based thereon.
