Opinion

No. 08-10154 Conference Calendar.

August 6, 2008.

Denise B. Williams, U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Texas, Lubbock, TX, for Plaintiff-Appellee.

Michael L. King, Federal Public Defender's Office, Northern District of Texas, Lubbock, TX, for Defendant-Appellant.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, USDC No. 6:06-CR-54-ALL.

Before HIGGINBOTHAM, STEWART, and SOUTHWICK, Circuit Judges.

Appealing the Judgment in a Criminal Case, Antonio Carrasco raises arguments that are foreclosed by United States v.
