ORDER GRANTING UNITED STATES' MOTION TO CONFIRM SALE AND DISTRIBUTE PROCEEDS
This matter came before the Court on the United States' Motion to Confirm Sale And Distribute Proceeds of Sale. For the reasons stated in the memorandum filed in support thereof, the Court finds that the sale of the subject property at W. 7015 Burchwood Road, Ninc Mile Falls, Washington 99026 was conducted by the United States Marshal on December 10, 1999 in compliance with the applicable law found in 28 U.S.C. § 2001-2002, and that payment was made and accepted in compliance with the terms of paragraph 10.g. of the Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered herein. Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the sale of the subject property at W. 7015 Burchwood Road, Nine Mile Falls, Washington 99026 is confirmed, and that the Marshal shall promptly deliver a deed thereto to the purchaser, Charles M. Ralph or his assigns; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk shall disburse the proceeds of the sale in the following manner: first, $1,179.54 to the U.S. Marshal, (Attn: M. Silva), 888 U.S. Courthouse, W. 920 Riverside Avenue, P.O. Box 1463, Spokane, Washington, 99201 for costs, fees and commission; second, $4,280.58 to the Spokane County Treasurer (re: Parcel No. 2612.2506) for real property taxes or special assessments due and payable with respect to the property in question as of the date of sale; and third, all remaining funds (without deduction for registry fees) to the Internal Revenue Service (care of W. Carl Hankla, P.O. Box 683, Ben Franklin Station, Washington, D.C. 20044-0683) to apply to the unpaid federal tax liabilities of Edgar L. Butts and Doris E. Butts.
