ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

It appears from the records of this Court that on April 1, 1999, a judgment was entered commanding you to pay a fine of $1,000.00 in full by December 31, 1999.

Based upon the United States' Motion for Order to Show Cause, with its supporting Memorandum and Affidavit, it appears that you have failed to comply with the Court's order.

IT IS NOW ORDERED THEREFOR that you appear in person before the Court on the 19th day of July, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. in Room 477, United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, to show cause why you should not be punished by imprisonment or fine for contempt of court for failure to obey a lawful order of this court.
