ORDER


The motion of defendant, Gary L. Wininger, for extension of time to furnish inventory filed July 18, 2001 (Dk. 941), the request of Rudolph James Maio and inventory of non-drug and non-firearms items filed July 18, 2001 (Dk. 943), and the motion of defendant, Melissa Dawn Bunce, for extension of time to file inventory filed July 19, 2001 (Dk. 945) are currently pending in the above entitled matter. The government filed a Notice of Agreement (Dk. 944) on July 19, 2001.

The parties are directed to notify the court, by filing a response on or before October 19, 2001, whether or not these motions have been resolved or are moot in light of that agreement filed on July 19, 2001. If no response is filed, the court will deny these motions as having been resolved or moot in light of the agreement.
