ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTIONS, ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, and DENYING MOTION TO VACATE, SET ASIDE OR CORRECT SENTENCE

Defendant CHYANN FINE BRATCHER has filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct sentence by a person in federal custody. The United States Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, filed October 30, 2002, recommended that defendant's motion be denied. On November 13, 2002, defendant filed objections to the Report and Recommendation.

The undersigned United States District Judge has made an independent examination of the record in this case and has carefully examined the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, as well as defendant's objections to such Report and Recommendation. Defendant's objections to the Report and Recommendation are hereby OVERRULED, and the Magistrate Judges Report and Recommendation is ADOPTED. Accordingly, the motion to vacate, set aside or correct sentence filed by defendant is, in all things, DENIED.
