AND NOW, this 22nd day of November, 2004, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion for Leave to File (Doc. No. 107) filed by Defendant Gene Bortnick on November 17, 2004 is GRANTED. Defendant shall have leave to file a reply memorandum of law in support of his to Motion to Compel Production of Giglio and Brady Materials and Motion to Compel Production of the Government's Expert Report filed on November 1, 2004 (Doc. Nos. 95, 96, 97). The memorandum of law was filed on November 17, 2004 as part of Defendant's Motion for Leave to File (Doc. No. 107).
