ORDER

Based upon the motion of the United States and for good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The two-day jury trial currently set for May 14, 2003, is stricken;

2. A two-day jury trial will begin on June 25, 2003 at 8:30 a.m.;

3. For the reasons stated in the United States' motion, the Court finds that the ends of justice served by granting the requested continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial and therefore, the time from the stricken trial date to the new trial date is excluded from the computation of time required under the Speedy Trial Act, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(A).
