ORDER

Defendant's motions pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 29 and 33 are denied, substantially for the reasons previously stated and subject to the Court's intention to file a written opinion, which may alter or elaborate upon those reasons. The Court notes that it has considered defendant's supplemental memorandum of law, which does not alter its conclusion. The memorandum fails adequately to account for the totality of the evidence against the defendant.
