ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL COMPLIANCE WITH PLAINTIFF'S SUBPOENA TO DAVIS GRAHAM STUBBS LLP
This matter came on for hearing before the Honorable O. Edward Schlatter on May 19, 2005, upon Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Compliance With Plaintiff's Subpoena to Davis Graham Stubbs LLP. After review of the record and argument of counsel, and for good cause shown it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Compliance With Plaintiff's Subpoena to Davis Graham Stubbs LLP is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in the Amended Order entered in the related action of United States of America v. Batchelor-Robjohns, et al., Civil Action No. 05-X-70441 (E.D. Mich. May 4, 2005), filed herein as docket no. 7, and expressly adopted by this Court. Davis Graham Stubbs LLP shall produce the records responsive to the plaintiff's subpoena, or arrange to have them produced, within ten (10) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff shall reimburse Davis Graham Stubbs LLP for any copy costs it incurs for reproducing the subpoenaed records.
