ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION AND DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF CORAM NOBIS OR AUDITA OUERELA


On February 3, 2000, defendant OMAR ARREOLA-RAMOS filed a document entitled, "Petition for the Court to Order a Writ of Coram Nobis or a (Sic) Audita Querela." A Report and Recommendation was issued by the United States Magistrate Judge on November 5, 2002. No objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed of record.

The United States District Judge has made an independent examination of the record in this case and has examined the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. The District Judge is of the opinion the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation should be, and hereby is, ADOPTED. It is the further ORDER of the Court that this petition for a writ of coram nobis or audita querela is, in all things, DENIED.
