ORDER


Mr. Archuleta seeks clarification of whether his state sentence is to run concurrently with his federal sentence. The judgment in this case, filed January 6, 2003, clearly excludes any mention of concurrent federal/state sentencing. Moreover, this court does not have jurisdiction to clarify or to explain the document Mr. Archuleta submits with his request, an "Order to Sheriff issued by the Second District Court. Accordingly, Mr. Archuleta's request is DENIED.

SO ORDERED.
