FINDINGS AND ORDER


This matter came before the Court on June 3, 2004, for a supervised release violation. After hearing from the parties and from Theresa Del Casale-Merino, defendant's probation officer, the Court hereby finds that the defendant is not a danger to the community nor a flight risk. Pursuant to statute, the Court revokes defendant's supervised release and re-instates such supervised release with special conditions, to continue to June 4, 2005.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
