ORDER


This cause came on for consideration sua sponte. The government has filed a Motion for Pre-Trial Conference and Protective Order Pursuant to the Classified Information Procedures Act (Dkt. #168). This Court has set a hearing on that Motion for Wednesday, August 6, 2003, at 1:30 P.M. This Court request that Defendants by no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2003, file: (1) responsive memoranda to the government's motion; and (2) proposed protective orders, containing any additional or alternative provisions that Defendants would request in the event that this Court grants the government a protective order.

DONE and ORDERED.
