ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT


This case came before the Court for consideration of the Motion for Judgment by Default. The Court has considered the memorandum, declarations and exhibits submitted in support of the motion, and finds that the plaintiff has sufficiently established its entitlement to a judgment by default against the defendant Affordable Accounting Tax Service of SW Florida, Inc, and against the defendant Douglas P. Rosile. It is therefore

ORDERED:

1. The Motion for Judgment by Default is granted.

2. Judgment by default shall be entered against the defendant, Affordable

Accounting Tax Service of SW Florida, Inc., in the total amount of $16,667.23 (as of January 22, 2003) plus interest thereon as allowed by 26 U.S.C. § 6602 until full payment.

3. Judgment by default shall be entered against the defendant, Douglas P. Rosile, in the total amount of $16,667,23 (as of January 22, 2003) plus interest thereon as allowed by 26 U.S.C. § 6602 until full payment.

4. The Clerk of the Court shall enter a Final Judgment in accordance with this Order. The Clerk is directed to close this case and terminate all motions.
