ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PRETRIAL MOTIONS


Upon motion of the defendant, there being no opposition, and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting defendant's Motion for Extension of Time to File Pretrial Motions.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant shall have to and including Jan. 4, 2002 in which to file pretrial motions pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h) ___ will comence on 12/28/01 for a total of 6 days.
