This cause coming before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment of Forfeiture as to the interests of Michael A. Hernandez in the defendant currency, and the Court having considered the same, and being of the view that plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law, it is therefore

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that a default judgment of forfeiture as to the interests of Michael A. Hernandez in the defendant currency be entered.
