ORDER MODIFYING SCHEDULING ORDER
This Plaintiff's Second Motion to Modify Scheduling Order (the "Motion") having been filed in the Present Case with Notice of Hearing thereof and there being no timely response filed by the Defendant or others. The Court having considered the record before it, and the default of the Defendant being noted, and being otherwise duly advised, and good cause appearing, now therefore it is hereby:
ORDERED that the Plaintiff's Second Motion to Modify Scheduling Order is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the date for discovery cut-off is extended one hundred twenty (120) days to July 15, 2013; and it is further
ORDERED that the deadline for filing dispositive motions is extended one hundred twenty (120) days to August 29, 2013; and it is further
ORDERED that the Attorney's Conference is continued one hundred twenty days (120) days to September 13, 2013; and it is further
ORDERED that the deadline for filing the proposed Pretrial Order is extended one hundred twenty (120) days to September 27, 2013; and it is further
ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference is rescheduled to November 6, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
