ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 16, 2022, and an order and an amended judgment of the same court, both dated March 13, 2023. The appeals from the order and the amended judgment were withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated January 19, 2024.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the judgment was superseded by the amended judgment, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before December 2, 2024; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
