MOTION DECISION
Motion for reargument of motion for leave to appeal dismissed as untimely (see Rules of Ct of Appeals [22 NYCRR] § 500.24 [b]).
Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the October 2020 Appellate Division order, dismissed upon the ground that it does not lie, appellant having previously moved in the Court of Appeals for leave to appeal (36 N.Y.3d 1084) from the same Appellate Division order from which she currently seeks leave to appeal (see Selinger v Selinger, 90 N.Y.2d 842 [1997]); motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the December 2023 Supreme Court judgment, dismissed upon the ground that such judgment does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution and thus does not constitute a final judgment within the meaning of CPLR 5602 (a) (1) (ii).
Motion for a stay &c. dismissed as academic.
Judge Halligan took no part.
