DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 4, 2014, containing page 3 of the affirmation of Ellis M. Oster dated July 2, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellant to strike the respondent's motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, and on or before June 24, 2016 the respondent shall serve and file its brief and supplemental record containing page 3 of the affirmation of Ellis M. Oster dated July 2, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
