DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that this appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Warwick, Orange County, entered December 18, 2014, pursuant to an order granting respondent's motion for summary judgment is stricken from the general calendar and the appeals calendar on the ground that the record is incomplete in that it does not contain the papers considered on the motion for summary judgment.
