DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 5, 2017. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to dismiss the appeal failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 27, 2020, or, in the alternative, to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
