U.S. Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but as trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Series 2006-RM4, and Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Series 2006-RM5, Plaintiff-Respondent-Appellant, v. Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending, Inc., and Bank of America, National Association, Defendants-Appellants-Respondents.


Plaintiff-respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 16, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal to the May 2020 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.
