After oral argument, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
Upon consideration of appellee Jorge Llovet's motion for appellate attorneys' fees, it is ordered that said motion is granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount, conditioned on appellee qualifying as the prevailing party in the underlying foreclosure action.
