ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is set for trial at a Chicago, Illinois, trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on February 14, 2022. The case is now before the Court on respondent's motion for document subpoena hearing, filed October 28, 2021. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court that will be conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at which hearing any third-party subpoenas issued by either party may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that contains the information and instructions necessary for appearing remotely at the above-referenced hearing. It is further

ORDERED that any party that issues a subpoena pursuant to this Order shall in a status report submitted to the Court no later than Monday, December 13, 2021, advise the Court whether the information requested in the subpoena has been received so that a hearing is no longer necessary.
