HARVIND S. UPPAL, et.al., Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

Four of these cases were on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. Another four were then assigned to this division of the Court. Both parties agreed, in a telephone conference back in July, that it made sense to get all of them consolidated and have the entire group spend some time in informal discovery to settle as many issues as possible. We therefore consolidated all of them. The parties recently reported that they have begun progress in their plan of working through each entity year by year and entity by entity. It is therefore

ORDERED that respondent file another status report on or before February 1, 2022 to describe the parties' progress in informal discovery, settling the cases, and narrowing the issues to be tried.
