Universal Hgts. 18, LLC v. Romney, Felistina, Perez, Melissa & Manuel


It is Ordered that tenants-appellants' motion to continue the stay is granted without opposition, on condition that tenants-appellants: 1- perfect the appeal by no later than the September 2013 term - the filing deadline is July 9, 2013; and 2- pay to the landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $1,255.04 on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay.
