ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

At the final pretrial conference on July 12, 2000, both sides indicated that they did not wish to make opening statements at trial. Counsel for defendants later advised the Court that he had changed his mind and wished to make an opening statement.

Accordingly, the Court will hear opening statements, not to exceed 15 minutes on each side.
