ORDER

On May 3, 2017, we issued an opinion and judgment reversing the trial court's default judgment against appellant and remanding the case to the trial court for further proceedings. Appellee has filed a motion pursuant to Rule 18.1(c), asking that the mandate be issued immediately based on his showing of good cause. Having concluded good cause exists to issue the mandate immediately, we GRANT appellee's motion. The clerk of the court is instructed to issue the mandate immediately. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1(c).
