REFERRAL FOR SETTLEMENT
CONFERENCE, AND [PROPOSED]
ORDER
The parties respectfully stipulate as follows:
1. At the last calling of the case, the Court asked whether the parties believed they might benefit from a settlement conference before a magistrate judge.
2. The parties have conferred and agreed that a settlement conference might facilitate resolution of the case. They respectfully request referral to the Honorable Laurel Beeler for a settlement conference. They have conferred with Judge Beeler's courtroom deputy, who has indicated that March 13 is available for a settlement conference.
3. Accordingly, the parties respectfully ask the Court to refer the case to Judge Beeler for a settlement conference on March 13, 2013, or such other date as Judge Beeler may specify.
