UNITED STATES' APPLICATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO UNSEAL COMPLAINT AND ARREST WARRANT AND [PROPOSED] ORDER

HONORABLE KANDIS A. WESTMORE, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The United States, through undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this Court to unseal the Complaint and arrest warrant in the above-captioned matter. The government understands that Mr. Worley will self-surrender on the arrest warrant in the District of Arizona on August 2, 2023, ahead of an initial appearance pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 5(c)(2) on August 3, 2023. The reasons for sealing the documents outlined in the government's July 5, 2023 motion therefore no longer apply, and the documents should therefore be unsealed.

[PROPOSED] ORDER

On the motion of the United States, and good cause appearing therefor, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that the Complaint and arrest warrant in the above-captioned matter be unsealed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
