ORDER REQUIRING GOVERNMENT TO ANSWER DEFENDANT'S MOTIONS ASKING THE COURT TO VACATE HIS CONVICTION OR GRANT EARLY RELEASE

COLLEEN MCMAHON, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

It has come to the Court's attention that defendant has filed motions to vacate his conviction (ECF Document 29) and/or to grant him early release (ECF Document 31). The Government is to respond to the motions within 45 days of this order.

The Clerk of Court shall notify the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York that this order has been issued.
