ORDER

Appellant Connell C. Williams has filed a statement with the court in which he states, "I hereby request that my Notice of Appeal be withdrawn."

Appellant's statement requesting that his notice of appeal be withdrawn is construed as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal.

So construed, the motion for voluntary dismissal is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9).

A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
