SEALED ORDER

(Mtn to Unseal - Dkt. #47)

This matter is before the court on the government's Unopposed Motion to Unseal for a Limited Purpose (Dkt. #47) which was filed under seal on January 7, 2013. The court has considered the Motion. The government seeks an order unsealing the search and seizure warrants issued by the undersigned as part of the investigation underlying this prosecution. The government further requests the warrants be unsealed to provide the parties with complete copies, and that after copies are obtained, the court reseal the warrants because they contain bank account information and other personal identifiers.

Having reviewed and considered the matter,

IT IS ORDERED:

1. The Unopposed Motion to Unseal (Dkt. #47) is GRANTED so that the search warrants issued in the following cases can be produced to the parties:

(a) 2:11-mj-00639-PAL
(b) 2:11-mj-00640-PAL
(c) 2:11-mj-00643-PAL
(d) 2:11-mj-00644-PAL
(e) 2:11-mj-00645-PAL
(f) 2:11-mj-00646-PAL
(g) 2:11-mj-00647-PAL
(h) 2:11-mj-00648-PAL
(i) 2:11-mj-00658-PAL

2. Upon providing copies of the warrants to the parties, the warrants shall be resealed.
3. The Clerk of the Court shall file a copy of this Order in each of the cases listed above.
4. The Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this Order on counsel of record for the government and the defense.
