Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania; Robert M. Gibson, Judge.

Patrick Traficani and Frank Valenti were convicted under indictment charging conspiracy to violate internal revenue laws relating to manufacture and sale of alcoholic liquors, and they appeal.

Affirmed.
