          ORDER CONTINUING ARRAIGNMENT AND EXCLUDING TIME UNDER THE SPEEDY TRIAL ACT

          HOWARD R. LLOYD, Magistrate Judge.

         Good cause appearing and by stipulation of the parties, it is hereby ordered that the preliminary hearing and arraignment currently scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2014, shall be continued to Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 1:30 p.m.

         It is further ordered that the time from June 2, 2014, to June 26, 2014, shall be excluded from the computation of time within which an information or indictment shall be filed under the Speedy Trial Act, as the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation of counsel, pursuant to Title 18, United States Code Section 3161(h)(7)(A) and (h)(7)(B)(iv), and the time within which a preliminary hearing shall be conducted pursuant to Rule 5.1(a) and (c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
