GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Continue the Evidentiary Hearing scheduled for October 6, 2022, at 9:00 A.M.; to November 1, 2022, at 9:00 A.M., is GRANTED.
The parties agree that the time from October 6, 2022 to November 1, 2022, is excluded pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(D) and (h)(8)(B)(i).
