Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York; Stephen W. Brennan, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction under an indictment under the Universal Military Training and Service Act, § 12, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 462, charging defendant with refusing to perform civilian work in lieu of induction into the armed forces.
