DECISION AND ENTRY REVOKING DEFENDANT'S REIMPOSED PERIOD
OF SUPERVISED RELEASE AND IMPOSING SENTENCE, WITH FURTHER
RE-IMPOSED PERIOD OF SUPERVISED RELEASE TO FOLLOW, WITH
CERTAIN STATED CONDITIONS; RIGHT OF APPEAL EXPLAINED AND
UNDERSTOOD; TERMINATION ENTRY
On February 25, 2014, the Defendant, having previously been found in violation of her re-imposed period of supervised release that began May 30, 2013, appeared in open Court for final disposition.
Pursuant to the record made on the aforesaid February 25, 2014, the Defendant, having been previously found in violation of her supervised release was remanded to the custody of the Attorney General of the United States/the Bureau of Prisons, for a period of ten months, with credit for all allowable pre-sentence jail time from December 4, 2013. The ten-month sentence, with credit for time spent incarcerated from December 4, 2013, is to be followed by a five-year period of supervised release, less eighty-six days, less ten months, upon the following conditions:
1. The Defendant is to discharge all presently undischarged conditions of prior periods of Supervised Release;
2. The Defendant is to be intensely supervised;
3. The Defendant is to participate in moral reconation therapy or its equivalent; and
4. The Court will see the Defendant on a weekly basis, once she is released from confinement and begins her further period of supervised release.
Following the above, the Defendant was orally explained her right of appeal, and she indicated an understanding of same.
The captioned supervised release violation proceeding is ordered terminated upon the docket records of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, at Dayton.
