ORDER

The dispositive order filed on December 15, 2005, is amended as follows:

At page one, line three, insert "Section 2255(4) is inapplicable because Relatos knew the predicate facts, if not their legal significance, more than one year before her filing. See Hasan v. Galaza, 254 F.3d 1150, 1154 & n.3 (9th Cir. 2001)."

With this amendment, appellant's petition for panel rehearing is DENIED. No further petitions shall be entertained.
