Appeal from the United States District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York.

Proceeding by the United States of America, on the relation of Lau Chiu, uncle and next friend of Lee Hung Ning, relator, against Rudolph Reimer, Commissioner of Immigration at Ellis Island, New York Harbor, or the Chinese Inspector in charge of such port, or anyone having custody of Lee Hung Ning. From an order dismissing the writ theretofore issued, 36 F. Supp. 523, the relator appeals.

Affirmed.
