ORDERED: Government's Motion for Downward Departure Pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 5K1.1 (Doc #872), filed 11/4/11 is GRANTED. Mr. Milavitz addresses sentencing. Ms. Menendez addresses sentencing. ORDERED: Defendant is REMANDED to the custody of the U.S. Marshal.
